Due to various reasons, some of our services are currently unavailable. As the only person managing the business and a college student, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that certain services, such as remote hard drives and RAM upgrades, are not currently available. However, I am working hard to make these services available in the near future.

Any cost for parts?

I will obtain any necessary upgrades or replacement parts from Amazon, eBay, or other retail stores. As a freelancer, I estimate that receiving the parts will take approximately one to four business days. After the computer has been repaired or upgraded, the customer will be responsible for the cost of labor, required parts, and state taxes. Once all repairs are completed, I will provide the customer with an invoice that details the cost of labor, parts, and taxes. This will ensure that the customer is aware of the total cost of the repair or upgrade before any work is completed.

Worry about Covid?

If you require support for your equipment but prefer not to leave your home or office, our Remote Support service is a viable option.

Please note that not all repairs can be completed remotely, depending on the circumstances. If physical intervention is required, I may ask you to bring your equipment to me or schedule an on-site visit. However, if on-site support is necessary or you prefer, you may also bring your device to me for repair.

Any extra cost?

I charge a fixed hourly rate for all house visits, drop-offs, and remote calls. Please note that the cost of house visits has increased due to high gas prices and tolls. We require a minimum of two hours or three hours for house visits if the visit requires more than 90 minutes of travel. This minimum requirement covers the cost of travel and any work that needs to be completed, ensuring that our customers always receive fair value for their money
