Grayed out?

Some of our services are temporarily unavailable due to recent changes. As the only person running this business—and having just graduated from college on May 4—I truly appreciate your patience during this transition. I’m now able to offer external hard drive setups and RAM upgrades again. I am working diligently to restore full service as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support!

Any cost for parts?

I order any required upgrades or replacement parts from Amazon, eBay, or other trusted retailers. As a freelancer, I typically receive parts within one to four business days; however, occasional delays can occur. After I complete the repair or upgrade, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor, parts, and applicable state taxes. I’ll provide an invoice detailing all labor, parts, and taxes once the work is done. This way, you’ll know exactly what the repair or upgrade will cost before I begin. New York State charges an 8% sales tax on all applicable items.

Worry about Covid?

If you need help with your equipment but prefer to stay at home or in the office, remote support may be an excellent option.

Please note that I can’t resolve every issue remotely. If hands-on repair is necessary, I may ask you to bring your device to me or schedule an on-site visit. You’re also welcome to drop it off if that’s easier for you.

Any extra cost?

I charge a fixed hourly rate for house visits, drop-offs, and remote support calls. Please note that house visits have increased due to rising gas prices and tolls.

For house visits, there is a minimum charge of two hours, or three hours if round-trip travel exceeds 60 minutes. This minimum covers travel time and ensures quality service at a fair price.
